〈感想、メモ〉

このアルバムが発表されてすぐの時には、“Tremelo Song”や“Weirdo”が特に好きであったが、今回は“Page One”、“Chewing Gum Weekend”、“(No One) Not Even the Rain”といった曲が印象に残る。“Page One”はシンプルながらバスドラムに耳が行く。また、その歌詞からThe Stone Rosesの“One Love”を連想する。動物が登場するので、そこからの単純な連想である。“Chewing Gum Weekend”はギターとリズムセクションのリズムの絡みが面白い。“(No One) Not Even the Rain”はサイケかつポップな曲。

プロデューサーはFlood、Hugh Jones。
